Specially commissioned for the Brighton Digital Festival – Project: OggBots is a family adventure for ages 8 and above. Build your very own robot and take it with you on an action packed sci fi journey through the streets of Brighton!

There have been mysterious rumblings across curious individuals and last week a strange light seemed to explode above the city. Those that noticed the light have reported unfamiliar people, dressed in black, appearing near their homes and work places. Can you help to save the Oggbots before it’s too late?

Solve clues, meet mysterious characters and try to avoid being caught by shady government agents as you make your way to the mothership for a close encounter of the robotic kind!

It’s a real life movie and you’re the star! You’ll learn the basics of electronic engineering and get to take home your very own little robot for free!

Fun for anyone from ages 8 to 80, but especially youngsters, be prepared to walk, run and play for about an hour.

OggBots is created by Maker Club, a Brighton based learning technology company that’s trying to change the world, in association with Roots Experience, specialists in interactive and immersive theatre productions.

Tickets are free, but you must register a specific time to take part. If you need more info email us at support@makerclub.org
