Information for event organisers
Registration for submitting events for the 2019 Festival is now open.
Download the Brighton Digital Festival logos to include in your event promotion material.
You can register right here on the website and start the submission process all in-browser. When you submit your event it will be reviewed and authenticated by the festival team, then it will go live on the online programme.
It is completely free to register and host an event, all we ask is that you make sure to signal that it is part of BDF19. More information can be found in the user guides below.
Uploading Your Event
There are a number of steps to uploading your event all of which are crucial to submitting it and having it accepted. We have prepared a video guide, which details all of the steps but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a question.
Looking for a venue?
If you’re looking for an event space in Brighton & Hove to host your BDF event, take a look at our working list of suggested venues for inspiration. If you have a venue that you would like added to the list, get in touch.
Please note: This is not a definitive venue list. Any venue in the Brighton & Hove and surrounding area is accepted for putting on BDF events.
Every year there are a range of funding opportunities for artists and event organisers. From our Grassroots Award, which offers up to £1000 to potential event organisers, to co-commissions with a variety of national partners, there’s something for everyone.
