Hays Digital Technology have surveyed thousands of employers and individuals across the UK and we are delighted to present these findings at the launch of the Hays Diversity and Inclusion Report 2018, on the 27th September at the Brighton Digital Festival.
Our Diversity & Inclusion survey findings are a snapshot of today’s world of work. They show that many professionals do not currently think their workplace is inclusive and that their voice is heard, they do not feel they are benefiting from D&I policies, or that the many advantages to a business of implementing these policies are being effectively communicated to all.
The report will examine 5 key factors which are instrumental to supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace:

• Inclusive talent attraction strategies

We will also discuss Hays Digital Technology's partnership with Teen-Turn, a social inclusion charity which works with companies to provide female role models & hands-on experience to teen girls from disadvantaged communities to help address the tech industry's social inclusion/ gender disparity/ skills shortage.
