Lambent is always keen to work with new talent, new collaborators and explore new ideas - we're always looking for ways that we could do things differently.

At the moment, for instance, we’re working on a huge online learning project: we’re devising a range of types of video for digital delivery – and we’re keen to know how the great creative minds of Brighton, Hove and Sussex would challenge us (and help us) to approach things differently and build ideas.

So whether you’re an animator, or a graphic designer, a fledgling documentary maker or someone who just loves visual ideas, we’d like to give you a chance to pitch an idea to us.

And in return? If an idea’s good enough to use, then we’d want to explore ways to work with you and if you’re starting out in the industry we also offer internships. But if none of that appeals – then there’ll be drinks, chat and the chance to explore our brand new office and facility space in the North Laine.
